This privacy statement has been drawn up by Anago B.V., located at Magistratenlaan 178, 5223 MA 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 30174530.

We value your privacy. Therefore, we ensure that the information we collect about you is treated confidentially. We also ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws. This privacy statement explains what we do with the personal data we receive from you.

Collecting your data

Anago collects personal data in various ways. Some data is provided by you, while others are collected automatically. We will not use your personal data for purposes other than those described below unless you have given your prior consent. We do not sell your data and only share it with parties that process data on our behalf, as listed below.

Anago collects the following personal data:

Data of website visitors

When you visit the Anago website, information about you is collected through cookies. Your consent is requested for this. These cookies are used to optimally tailor the website content to the wishes and needs of our visitors. The data is used by the Marketing, Communications, and Sales departments. Read our cookie policy.

In addition, the Anago website contains forms to contact us about:

  • requesting information
  • receiving a white paper
  • registering for webinars
  • applying for vacancies

We retain the information you provide us with on these forms for as long as necessary or reasonable to fully respond to and/or process your request.

We process this data on the basis of your consent. For this purpose, we use the following processors: our CMS (Strapi), Pipedrive (CRM) and Mailchimp (email marketing). To protect the contact form against misuse, we also use Google reCAPTCHA.

Data of applicants

Anago collects personal data from applicants through personal contact, telephone conversations, and/or email. This data is collected to assess your suitability for a specific position. This data is used by the HR department and those involved in the relevant application process. We do not collect or process sensitive information about applicants, such as data revealing racial or ethnic background, political or religious beliefs, trade union membership, health, or sexual orientation.

We process this data with a view to potentially entering into an employment contract. Applications may be received via LinkedIn, Indeed or, where applicable, through a recruitment agency.

Data of business relations

Anago collects data from business relations to:

  • enable you to use our services;
  • establish and maintain a business relationship with you;
  • agree on and/or execute assignments;
  • inform you about our services and other activities (e.g., via email and newsletters);
  • process your service request;
  • grant you access to and use our private web environments.

We process this data to perform the agreement with you (or your organization), or on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining a business relationship. For this purpose, we use the following processors: Pipedrive (CRM), Mailchimp (email marketing), Jira and Knack (customer management/support).

Security

Anago implements various measures to safeguard the privacy of your data and protect your personal information. Our processing of personal data complies with Dutch and European privacy laws and guidelines.

Some of these parties are based outside the European Union.

Data storage

Anago will not retain your data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was obtained and is further processed. The retention period Anago uses may vary depending on the purpose and the nature of the data. After the retention period, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized in such a way that it can no longer be used or accessed. After the retention period, we will only use anonymized data for historical, statistical, or scientific purposes.

  • Website visitor data is retained for 5 years.
  • Applicant data is deleted after the relevant application process.
  • Business contact data is deleted 3 months after the end of the collaboration.

Changing and deleting your data

If you wish to view all your personal data processing and/or wish to change or delete data, you can contact Anago.

In addition to access, rectification and erasure, you also have the right to restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to data portability and the right to withdraw previously given consent at any time.

If you do not agree with the way we process your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Anago reserves the right to make changes to this privacy statement. Therefore, please check the privacy statement regularly for updates.
